File your claim using the 3 options available. Once you file a claim, you will receive a claim number that will help you track your claim. Your claim may then be assigned to a claims adjuster.
Details of your loss may need to be investigated. If so, one of our claims professionals will walk you through the process and answer all of your questions or concerns.
A professional will assess the damage, evaluate the loss and determine what needs to be repaired or replaced and provide you with an estimate.
Once you have received an estimate of the damage, a claims adjuster will discuss your settlement based on your policy provisions, terms and coverage and figure out what you can claim.
To wrap up the claims process, a claims adjuster may contact you regarding any applicable payments and any questions you may have will be answered accordingly.
